Effective Sept 29th 2009...Our return policy has been increased from 7days to 30days. This applies to all orders placed from Sept 29th 2009 onwards. All returns must be made within 30 days of reciept of product and any refunds post marked after 30days will be not be accepted. No RMA number is needed. please write "RETURNS DEPARTMENT" on the package to be returned and mail it to

Please Note: Returns made after 30days will not be accepted and sent back to sender.
Store Credit: Customers want store credit should write "Returns Dept/Store Credit" on the package to returned.
Damaged Returns: Items returned within 30 days with make-up/cosmetics/powder/deodorant stains, smoke/cigarette smells will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We cannot re-sell items that smell of smoke or have stains on them. Please make sure that you only try items on before smoking or after a shower.
Please Note: Items can only be returned VIA USPS shipping. Insured packages cannot be signed for and thus will be returned to sender.
